The NBA announced earlier this week they are moving their 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte is the home of one of their franchises, called the Hornets—run by Michael Jordan.
Why would they move the game? Because the people of North Carolina had enough sense left to pass a law requiring people to use public restrooms corresponding to the sex listed on their birth certificate.
And in the name of political correctness, the NBA objected. To show their solidarity with the LBGTQ(ABC) community, they ‘punished’ the state of North Carolina by withholding their All-Star Game there.[click to continue...]
