What does Scripture say about using birth control?
Or is the Bible silent on the use of contraception?
This topic I want to help you find the answer to.
We all know about the prevalence of birth control use in our society. It has gotten to the point where access to it remains a federally protected “right.” The presumption in society now remains that every couple uses it, or at least they should be.
For the most part American Christians have bought into the secular mindset on contraception use. In fact, many Protestant pastors pass off contraception use within marriage as healthy and even God-honoring.
Yet, if the Bible had anything to say about using birth control, wouldn’t Christians want to know? Shouldn’t ever Bible-believing Christian want to know the answer to the question, what does Scripture say about using contraception?
